We’re pleased to inform you that registrations for the North America Pavilion at Vakantiebeurs 2026 have opened. After a successful edition earlier this year, we’re already looking ahead and preparing for another strong collective presence in Utrecht. As always, our collective goal is to broaden the overall awareness of North America as a vacation destination, in a lively atmosphere and look & feel.
There are some important changes in the upcoming edition to highlight.
Separation B2B & B2C
Vakantiebeurs 2026 will have a clearer distinction between trade and consumer days. The location is still in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht, but the halls will be separated from each other, and the two audiences will not be mixed. The dates of the two events are:
Travel Trade Days: January 7 & 8, 2026
Vakantiebeurs (B2C): January 8 – 11, 2026
Travel Trade Day booth
There is one B2B and B2C day that will overlap. We understand that not all participants can man two booths in two separate locations at a time. For this reason, we offer an exclusive 1-day Business Unit option on the first Travel Trade Day (only in combination with B2C participation). The booth includes:
- Stand
- 3.5 kw + consumption
- 4m2 carpet tiles (dark blue)
- Counter with sticker
- Exhibitor name sign
- 2x high stool

Vakantiebeurs booth
Due to the positive feedback received from last year’s participants, we’ll again be working with the same setup for the stands. The location of the pavilion will again be in Hall 12. Each booth includes:
- Prime show location
- Turnkey furnished booth
- Lit backwalls with own personalized images and logo
- Storage area
- Coffee/tea facilities
- Wardrobe
- 2 entrance wrist bands per booth per day
- Joint public promotions
- Electricity
- 1 desk
- 1 chair
- 1 brochure display
- Presentation in theatre
- Daily cleaning and waste disposal
Extra booth items can be ordered and preference of location can be given but only possible upon availability.
