Discover New England Summit 2024 at Mount Washington, New Hampshire.
The annual Discover New England Summit & International Marketplace took place on April 10th and April 11th. The Omni Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire was the setting this year. Joost attended on behalf of Target Travel Marketing as a rep, along with eight tour operators from the Netherlands and Belgium.

The delegation left on April 7th for Boston, Massachusetts. This is where the first two days of the trip took place, organised by the local DMO Meet Boston. The delegation visited the Boston Harbor, Fenway Park, the Raffles and the Boston Public Market. On April 10th and 11th, all tour operators attended the DNE Summit & International Marketplace in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. The tour operators met 40 different local vendors and gathered a lot of information about all the New England region has to offer. The days at the Omni Mount Washington concluded with a speech from Governor Sununu of New Hampshire.
Post FAM
After the Summit, a 5-day post FAM to New Hampshire and Vermont or Maine was on the agenda. Joost left for New Hampshire and Maine with six tour operators. Here, visits to North Conway, Portland and Freeport were mixed with cooking classes on local cuisine where fresh lobster and oysters were enjoyed. On April 16th, the delegation returned home safe and sound, looking back on a very educational and successful trip to New England.
Summit 2025
