The Mighty 5®
Utah is world-renowned for its spectacular red rock landscapes, showcased in the famous Mighty 5® National Parks: Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Zion. On a road trip through the state, you’ll experience an incredible variety of scenery within short driving distances, from dramatic mesas and natural bridges to iconic vistas and deep canyons. Together, these five national parks make up the ultimate road trip in the American West.
Winter Sports in Utah
Did you know Utah is home to The Greatest Snow on Earth®? Thanks to its light, dry powder snow and the convenient location of its ski resorts, Utah is considered one of the world’s premier winter sports destinations. The state is home to 15 ski resorts, ten of which are located within an hour’s drive of Salt Lake City. It’s no surprise that Utah hosted the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and that Salt Lake City will once again welcome the world’s top winter athletes for the 2034 Olympic Winter Games.
